Monday Morning Freshies

What’s up Attitash! This week is off to a sweet start. We picked up about 2” of new snow overnight while our grooming crew worked their magic on the mountain so I’m pretty stoked to get out there and rip some turns today. After all what’s life in the mountains really for but skiing every day we can.

Light snow is still falling outside as I write up this report. So gear up and get out there, we’re making turns down 33 trails, 126 acres, and 10.5 miles of terrain.  While you were sleeping, snow was falling, and our grooming crew was out refreshing surfaces on all 33 of our open trails today. This crew has been laying out some mighty fine corduroy this week and with freshies mixed in you’re really going to be able to lay your edges over and let ‘em rip. Head for the steep pitches on Idiot’s Option and Illusion. Looking to make some wide arching turns, Spillway is where it’s at. Saco, to Ammonoosuc, and Cathedral is always worth a cruise.

There are 5 lifts spinning across our 2 peaks to give you access to all the trails have to offer from 9am – 3:30pm.

Our Mountain Ops crew continues to work to expand terrain. They’ve started pushing out snowmaking piles on Tightrope, Thad’s Choice, Councilor’s, Inside Out, an Trillium. We’ll be adding those to the open and groomed trail counts over the next few days. Our snowmaking team also has plans to get back out on the hill. Starting tonight they’ll be hitting up some new terrain so stay tuned for the latest updates on what’s coming up next.
See you on the slopes!  - Liz

The Bear Bottom Park is open with 4 features, including a rail, box, and flat bar. Mythmaker park build is scheduled for later next week, so check back right here for updates. Kachina Park is open as a ski trail, without features until we can build a park! Follow them on Instagram @abenaki_parks for updates!

Today’s the last day to get a deal on you 1819 season pass. Drifter Passes are just $399 if you buy by 11:59pm.
