What’s our Uphill Policy?
We are allowing uphill/downhill access at any time of day, and until the snow melts for the following trails on Bear Peak ONLY:
Wandering Skis, Illusion, Avenger, Trillium, and Moonbeam.
Attitash Peak uphill access is officially CLOSED for the season.
Please respect our policy, as our crews are already beginning summer projects as soon as we close. This policy is for your safety, and ours. Let's keep this a resource for the community for seasons to come, and we can only do that by you respecting this policy.
Know Before You Go
- Make yourself visible to other skinners and on hill machinery. Wear bright reflective clothing and a headlamp.
- The downhill route is the same as the uphill route. All other resort trails are closed for recreational traffic during non-operational hours.
- Attitash snowcat fleet winches EVERY NIGHT on both shifts. Therefore, you must be aware of winch cat operations. Signs that winching may be in progress include red beacons in the snow, winching in progress signs, and in some cases a closed rope.
- Pets are not permitted on resort property, including after hours.
- Resort vehicles have the right of way; please move to allow them to pass.
- Stay away from snowmaking equipment.
- Skin and ski/ride at your own risk; no Ski Patrol is available. In case of an emergency, dial 911.
- Attitash reserves the right to close uphill travel based on conditions, operations or other hazards''
