Cruisin' Through the Week

Good morning skiers and riders!  Just because winter has turned over to spring doesn't mean there's no more skiing left to do.  We still have plenty of snow, plenty of open terrain, and plenty of beer flowing from the taps.  Come take some spring laps, and let's Get AT It!

You can get those laps in on 56 trails, 284 acres, and 19.3 miles of terrain today.  The groomers are where you gonna want to be this morning while waiting for the spring sun to soften up that snow.  Our grooming crew is finishing up on 44 trails this morning, giving you folks a smooth surface to make you turns.  I suggest heading to Upper Mythmaker for your morning corduroy fix, before heading off and getting some fast laps off the Flying Yankee.  Once the temps rise and the snow starts to soften, we'll be getting after some awesome spring skiing today.  It's not too late to get some practice runs in before the Grandstand Mogul Jam on Saturday, or if you want to kick it up a notch, go off piste on Avenger.  The woods may take a little longer to soften up, but they're worth the wait.  With 60+ acres of woods, bumps, and our groomed terrain, there is a run for everyone's preference on the mountain today!  Patrol will  be assessing conditions this morning, so check back right here for any trail updates.

You can take a ride on 5 lifts from 9am-4pm . We regret to inform you the Summit Triple will not be operational for the remainder of the 18/19 ski season. For additional details please visit the blog page on our website.

Know the responsibility code!  Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to load, ride and unload safely.

See you on the slopes,

-Mel

ABENAKI PARKS

For all of you steezey skiers and riders, we have three terrain parks. Start things off in the Bear Bottom Park, with smaller features perfect if you’re just learning or like to take it easy. The Kachina Park is a bit different from what you’d expect. It’s a boarder cross course filled with snow flow features. When you’re ready to go big, head to Mythmaker Park for tons of features and a 3-jump line just waiting for you to add your own style too. You can catch up with our park crew by following them @abenaki_parks!
