Attitash Lift Mechanic

Mountain Operations

Full Time / Year Round

Inspect, repair, and maintain ski lifts in all mechanical aspects to provide guests with safe, comfortable, and convenient access to our trail system. Must be able to climb towers, work at heights for prolonged periods of time, withstand severe weather conditions, and lift up to 75 pounds.  Previous experience as a lift mechanic or work in a similar field preferred, but we're also willing to consider training someone who has ski industry experience, particularly in lift operations.  This is a full-time, year-round position with a top pay rate, excellent benefits package, and an exciting team environment.

Diesel Mechanic

We're looking for a mechanic to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing role repairing snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.  Work experience would be great, but we're willing to train someone who has school and/or internship experience in this area.  Prior work in the ski industry and/or with hydraulic systems a plus, but not necessary.  Must be reliable and be flexible with schedule.  This is a year-round position in an exciting and challenging industry, with a top pay rate and comprehensive benefits package.

Lift Ops/Summer Ops Supervisor

We're looking for a dynamic person who can take a lead role in our winter lift operations and then assist in overseeing operations of our various attractions in the summer.  Previous lift ops experience needed, and experience in supervising staff and/or summer attractions operations a huge plus.  Must be comfortable working in variable weather conditions, able to life 50 lbs, and have a professional and friendly demeanor.

Grooming Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate groomer to join us in a full-time, year-round capacity.  Our ideal Grooming Manager candidate will have 5+ years of grooming experience, with 1+ in a supervisory capacity, terrain park knowledge, experience operating heavy equipment, and some welding and/or blasting experience.  During the operating ski season, the Grooming Manager will oversee a staff and work in a hands-on capacity to ensure that our snow surfaces and parks are in the best condition possible for the safety and enjoyment of our guests and staff.  During the rest of the year, our candidate will participate in various projects across the resort, including trail clearing, excavation projects, equipment maintenance, and a variety of other tasks.  This position comes with an excellent salary and full benefits package.
