Noon Time Update – 12:30 pm

Sunshine, good times and goggle tans…another bluebird beauty and everyone is grinning from ear to ear out there! Just in from hanging out with all the folks enjoying the free timed racing in the Race Arena on Spillway. Get a group of friends and family and head over there for a few fun runs this afternoon. Be sure to bring the gang to one of our awesome après events this afternoon. Pat Foley will be rockin' out in Ptarmigan's Pub from 3-6pm and Jeremy Dean is over at The Den from from 2-4:30pm. Folks are all having good times at the Tash!

Time to wrap this up and hit the slopes, Dave

Terrific Tuesday at the Tash!

Our fun filled February Vacation week continues…folks are thrilled to be cruising on the slopes and enjoying the best après scene in the Valley. Expect mostly sunny skies then increasing clouds and high temps near 39 degrees. It should be a very comfortable day out there, hope to see you on the mountain and Ptarmigans or the Den this afternoon!

We have 8 lifts spinning today from 8:30am to 4pm with 5 lifts operating at Attitash and 3 running at Bear Peak. The Abenaki Quad closes at 3:30pm.

63 trails are OPEN ...across a total of 238 acres and 21 miles of skiing and riding on two interconnected peaks. Temps dropped overnight and the grooming crew got right back AT IT. During a weather cycle like the past 48 hours, the second night of grooming enhances the snow surface even that much more. A walk in the base area this morning confirms the excellent results! Ungroomed surfaces will be assessed by Patrol prior to opening. 60 trails have been thoroughly groomed and refreshed for today so hit those first thing this morning and let the naturals soften up a bit under the sun.  Moderating temps and morning sunshine will soften terrain. Groomed surfaces will be smooth, fast and set up very nicely for carving your turns!

Snow Reporter Dave’s picks for great runs today. Let’s head over to Bear Peak, where the rising sun comes up a little earlier and hit the Big Three - Avenger, Illusion and Wandering Skis. Get as many laps as you can riding the High Speed Quad and cruising on this totally awesome terrain!

See you on the slopes, Dave

All three parks are now open. The Abenaki Park on Kachina is our progression park with medium size jumps, rails and box elements. Myth Maker Park has the biggest elements and a jump line with 3 monster booters. The Bear Peak Base park is set up with the easy beginner elements.

The Abenaki Parks Big Air is Saturday, Feb. 25th, in the Myth Maker Park.

Free timed racing is open for all our guests in the Race Arena on Lower Spillway!

We have a full line-up of après events this afternoon with Pat Foley rockin' out in Ptarmigan's Pub from 3-6pm and Jeremy Dean is over at The Den from from 2-4:30pm. Check out our events page for the complete schedule of après events throughout the entire President's Day vacation week.
