Summer Rain Check Policy
Check ahead to verify open status due to weather. Rain checks are issued in lieu of refunds for extreme weather or unforeseen events based on time of purchase prior to closure at the company’s discretion. If issued, rain checks are based on the following usage prior to closure of the park if admission is purchased:
Less Than 2 Hours before activities stopped…
The guest is entitled to a full summer one-day general admission rain check valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Between 2 – 4 hours before activities stopped…
The guest is entitled to 50% off another summer one-day general admission rain check valid for one year from the date of purchase
Between 4 – 6 hours before activities stopped…
The guest is entitled to 25% off another summer one-day general admission rain check valid one year from the date of purchase
A Single Ride Ticket purchased and the ride was not completed…
A Single Ride rain check will be issued good for one year from date of purchase. If single ride was not used, it is good for the remainder of the summer season and no rain check will be issued.
Please note: Wrist bands must be on wrist to be issued rain check…Sorry, no refunds.
