Picking Up Your Season Pass
Passes must be picked up at the resort they were purchased. If you bought a multi-resort pass (i.e. Granite or Nor'easter), you can only pick your pass up from the resort the purchase was made from (i.e. Crotched Mountain cannot issue you a Granite Pass purchased through Attitash).
Your MUST pick up your pass first from the resort you purchased it from BEFORE visiting another resort.
Military Pass Purchasers
For Military Pass Purchasers, valid Military ID is required at the time of pick up. Military passes must be picked up in person and Active Duty personnel must show their Common Access Card (CAC) or their DD Form 2ACT. Retired military personnel must show their DD Form 2RET.
Release of Liability Form
Each pass holder will need to read and sign a release of liability form prior to receiving their season pass. Adults must sign for their children under 18 years of age. To save time, you can download the release forms.
Season Pass Photo
New photos are required for new pass holders.
Mailing A Pass
If you wish to have your pass mailed to you, it can be sent by certified mail only for a small additional fee.
Passes can be sent by certified mail if we have a signed copy of the 2010/2011 release of liability and a recent and accurate season pass photo on file. In some instances, it may be asked of your or family members to take a new photo to ensure accurate depiction of pass holder.
