2008-2009 Reservations Cancellation Policy-

·      All cancellations must be done through the reservations office ((603) 374-2677.)  Calling a different department does NOT guarantee that you will receive any refund that you may be entitled to based on the 2008-2009 reservations cancellation policy as defined below.

o  If a reservation is cancelled with at least 48 hours of advanced notification 100% of the cost of the reservation will be refunded, minus a $25.00 processing fee.

o  If a reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours of advanced notification there will be no refund.

o  All refunds will be issued to credit cards.  At no time will refunds be issued as cash or check.
